5 star equipment for allowing pinpoint exercise exactly on the weak areas of my ankle. Solo Tib Bar. Only taking it down 1 star because it was delivered with a clip for the bigger bar. I ordered 25-30 mm bar, but the delivered clip was for the 50 mm. Made it work with a clip had at home. Not 100% optimal as it doesn't fit just right. Other thank that, it. I highly recommend, and would give 5 stars. Greatly adjustable for a firm fit on the shoes.

Im Vergleich zu anderen Tibiatrainern finde ich angenehm, dass die Verbindung zwischen den Fußrasten und der Querstrebe wo auch das Gewicht befestigt wird, flach ist. Hierdurch reduziert sich der Verschleiß für die Trainingsbank, wenn man den beladenen Tibiatrainer in der Pause liegen lässt. (Klingt vielleicht marginal, ich habe durch besagte Kante bei einem Gerät eines anderen Herstellers schon eine Trainingsbank beschädigt).
Nutze den Tibiatrainer regelmäßig und bin mit dem Trainingskomfort sehr zufrieden.

I don't have pain, neither have I been injured. But for years I've often had tension around my knees and in the lower part of my quads - and within a few training sessions with the tib bar the tension is gone!! My quads feel more relaxed and I can push harder on the rowing erg. Amazing product!!
