A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly neither can be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TBB Performance GmbH, Gerbermühlstraße 61, 60594 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, Email: support@tib-bar.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You can also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically on our website https://account.tib-bar.com If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal immediately (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse payments we received from you, except delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than within thirty days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
Returns/returns can only be addressed to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
Return shipments are paid by the customers.
Also, you may use our return label service, accessible through our https://account.tib-bar.com or emailing support@tib-bar.com . The prices for return shipping by using this service are as follows.
6.90 EUR: Germany
13.90 EUR: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland
19.90 EUR: Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ireland
25.90 EUR: Spain, Portugal, Slovakia, El Salvador
35.90 EUR: Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia
If you use the return label service, the price for creating the return label will be deducted from the refund amount.
For countries not listed above, you have to organize the return shipping yourself.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
