Weak Hamstrings and Knee Pain: How Lying Leg Curls with a Tib Bar Can Help

Do weak hamstrings contribute to knee pain?

Weak hamstrings can lead to knee pain since it plays a crucial role in knee stability. The hamstring muscles help in bending the knee and assist in controlling the movement of the shinbone.   1. Tib Bar lying leg curl
  2. Machine lying leg curls
  3. Dumbbell lying leg curls
